Food Allergies, Medication, and Special Diets

Does your student have allergies?

• How severe?
• If an Epi pen is needed you are required to provide one for the school.
• Any medication needing administration at school will require a doctors note.
• Medication will be locked and administered by lead instructors.

Is your child on a special diet?

• You will need to provide the necessary items to accommodate their diet in the classroom.

School Lunch

​Lunch Options

• Purchase school lunch $1.85 (Davis Classroom) $1.45 (Ogden) 
• Sack Lunch (microwaves are available)
• Lunch menus will go home the first of each month.
• You may decide on  daily basis if you want to purchase a lunch for your child.
• If child comes to school with no lunch we will charge your account for lunch.

Method of Payment

• ​Bring a check or cash to school.
• ​Reduced/free lunch application forms are available.
